Guest Parking Pass Request Form

Introduction:

This form is for use by SFCC Assistants, Deans, Campus Executives, Managers, and Directors to request free guest parking permits. Please allow up to five business days for a response to your request.

Instructions:

Fill in the information in the following fields. Required fields are followed by an asterik *.

Once your request is processed, you will receive an email from the SFCC Security Office. If your request is approved, your email will have an attached parking pass for your event, which you may then forward to your guests for them to print. Each guest should display the event pass on the dashboard of their vehicle.
