As an SFCC Online Student, you'll need an active student network account to access SFCC’s online resources, services
and classrooms. This is activated shortly before you start your first quarter at SFCC.
Angel Classrooms and Tutorials
Access your online classroom. Online classes open the first day of
the quarter.
Sign in with your Student ID + Angel PIN (the last four numbers of your SID + first four letters of your
last name (Example: 0549smit). No capital letters!

The Angel Help Desk is available day or night in case you run into technical difficulty. While the help desk
phones are manned during the week and checked frequently on evenings, weekends and holidays, we recommend
utilizing the e-mail address below as your primary resource for obtaining help.
Lost or Forgot Your Student ID or PIN?
General Information about Student
Accounts. If you know your SID, retrieve your PIN online.
If you don’t know your SID, contact SFCC Student Services via fax or mail. It takes three to five days to
process faxed or mailed requests once we receive them. Faxed or mailed requests MUST include:
- Student's printed name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Address where reply is to be sent
- Student's signature

Library Resources
Online chat-based reference assistance
is available 24/7 from SFCC librarians and their partners working in libraries located around the country.
When the SFCC Library is open, IM-based reference service is
also available. Ask Us!
Some library resources may require you to enter your student account information (ID and Password) to access
the material.
E-Tutoring
Online Tutoring is available to SFCC Students in writing, math and a
number of other subjects. You may email questions or chat online with a tutor.
