Statement of Purpose
The Alliance has a two-pronged mission:
1. To create a safe space for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender students and
their allies
2. To educate our community about GLBT issues
Currently, our meetings are held 1:00p-2:00p on Fridays.
Feel free to come for all or part of the meeting, as your schedule permits. Please
contact Barbara Williamson for place of meeting.
The Alliance is proud to facilitate the Pride Collection, a compilation of GLBT-related
material in the SFCC library. Peruse the library for DVDs, videos, books, magazines,
and newspapers in support of GLBT issues and concerns. If you have suggestions for
books or DVDs to purchase for our collection, please contact Heather Keast at
533-3698.
