DegreeWorks is a computerized evaluation report that compares your coursework and
credits to your intended degree requirements. This report is unofficial and should
be used only as a planning guide; you are strongly encouraged to work closely with
an advisor when interpreting the report. The audit produced will reflect requirements
from the current catalog year. If you are eligible to graduate under a previous
year’s requirements, you should apply for graduation to receive an official evaluation,
or work with an advisor.
A Graduation Application should be submitted at the halfway point of your degree
program. Once you apply for graduation you will receive an official evaluation that
will enable you to plan coursework for your remaining quarters. Application forms
are available in the Admissions office, or download the
online Graduation Form. You can complete the form online; however, you must
print and sign it, then return it to the Admissions office.

DegreeWorks is available seven days a week, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. To access the system
