Community Colleges of Spokane reserves the right to cancel any
class. Classes with low enrollment are subject to cancellation. Fees will be
refunded automatically.
Refunds require at least two weeks for processing. The following schedule applies
whether or not the student attends class. The refund will be issued to the student within two
weeks from the date the Business Office receives the request. A $7.00 processing fee will be
deducted from the refund amount.
Student-Funded Courses
- 100% for classes and workshops cancelled by college.
- 100% for student-initiated withdrawals three (3) business days* prior to
the first day of the class (including online classes) unless noted in class description.
- No refund is granted after two (2) or less business days* prior
to the start of a class.
*A business day is 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday,
in accordance with WAC 132Q01.
