Spokane Falls Community College does not offer on-campus housing. A common housing option
is to rent an apartment. Aside from nearby units listed below, you can

There are several privately owned apartments located next to SFCC. Students living
there can walk to classes and bus service is very close. These apartments are in great

To rent one of these apartments you must sign a lease agreeing to rent for 6 months
or 1 year. You will also pay a cleaning/damage deposit. Your deposit may or may not
be refundable. Some apartments also require that you pay your first and last months
rent at the beginning.

- Browns Addition, Downtown Spokane, Northwest Spokane and South Spokane
are the areas closest to SFCC.
- Sometimes there will be a photo. You should compare the apartment location to the
location of SFCC and ask about the location of the nearest bus stop if you will be
using the Spokane Transit System to travel to SFCC.
Sharing Housing
You may choose to share rental
housing while attending SFCC. One source of finding shared housing is
the Student Activities Office. Information about people interested in

Temporary Housing
If you wait until you arrive in Spokane to decide about your housing, you may
