Bonnie Wagner came to Spokane Falls Community College as a faculty member in the Education/Education Paraprofessional program in the fall of 2015. Prior to coming to SFCC,
she spent nearly twelve years at Washington State University and thirteen years with Spokane Public Schools. At Washington State University she worked with several unique programs
including an inquiry-based Elementary Science program partnership with Spokane Public Schools, and later working with the Child and Family Research Unit, where she worked with a
team of researchers on the effects of childhood trauma and how those experiences can inhibit academic success in traditional K-12 systems.
Bonnie received her Master's Degree from Washington State University in 2007 in Educational Leadership. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Eastern Washington
University and her Associate of Arts Degree at Spokane Falls Community College.
Bonnie was a first generation college student when she started at Spokane Falls and credits the passion she has for student success on the opportunities and unparalleled support
the Community College system offered to her as well as all students that walk through the doors of this institution.
