Computing, Mathematics and Science

It's hard to pass by the 60-foot Foucault pendulum without checking it out -- the earth really moves! Built in 1991, Building 18 also houses the Computer Resource Center and the Mathematics Learning Center.

  • Open seven days a week, the CRC is available to all students who have projects that need to be done on the computer. There are tutors available to help with the projects -- and MOUS Certification Testing is provided for those who wish.
  • The Mathematics Learning Center is also open flexible hours, seven days a week. Students can come to the MLC for math tutoring, pick up missed tests or just to have a quiet place to study.
  • Offices for the faculty of the Mathematics, Computing, Engineering, Astronomy, and Physics programs, as well as the Business, Computing, Math & Science Division are located here.
