Administration BuildingBuilding 1 houses the offices of the President, the Vice President of Learning, and Service Learning. Often confused with Admissions, the Administration Building does not perform student services functions, which are in housed in Building 17. The Vice President of Learning oversees the instructional functions of the college. The chief executive officer of the college, the President administers the college budget and provides oversight and direction on major college initiatives. Building 1 also includes meeting rooms: The Falls Conference Room, Latah Room, Spokane Room and Palouse Room, each named for major waterways in the Spokane area. The Palouse Room is a technology classroom offering state-of-the art video and Internet access. Similar technology is available in The Falls Conference Room, primarily used for college meetings. Smaller meetings are accommodated in the Spokane and Latah Rooms. These meeting rooms are available for rent by outside agencies/organizations. Contact the President’s Office for more information. |
