Admissions/Registration

You may order official transcript copies several ways:

  1. Online through the National Student Clearinghouse. A base fee of $5.00 per copy plus a NSC fee of $2.25 per recipient will be charged to a valid credit card before processing. If you experience problems, call (509) 533-3500 during regular business hours.
    - OR -
  2. Complete the Transcript Request PDF form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader). Then print, sign, and mail or fax with payment. In accordance with state regulations, SFCC is not allowed to give out student information without the student's written consent. Allow a minimum of ten (10) college business days after receiving the request and payment for processing.

    Requests cannot be processed unless all the following information is received:

    • Full name (including former names, if any)
    • Current address, phone number and email
    • Student ID number and/or Social Security Number
    • Date of birth
    • Student's signature on printed form or letter
    • [Approximate] last year/quarter that you attended SFCC
    • Complete mailing address for transcript. If mailing to yourself, transcripts will be enclosed in an additional sealed envelope. To retain official status, do not open inner sealed envelope.
    • You may elect to pick your order up from the Admissions Office. You will be notified by email or phone when the transcript is ready for pick up.
    • $5.00 per copy. Visa/MasterCard debit/credit payments must include the full account number, name on the card, and expiration date. Check or money order should be made payable to Spokane Falls Community College. Do not mail cash.

  3. Visit the Admissions Office on campus. Please consult our Service Centers page for location and hours of operation.

SFCC will not fax official transcripts. Faxed transcript copies are not considered official nor can confidentiality be assured. At this time, SFCC does not provide an overnight/express processing service.

If you have attended Spokane Falls Community College Fall quarter 2009 or after:
You may log in using your ctcLink ID and password.

If you have not activated your ctcLink account:

  1. Go to ctcLink
  2. Click "First Time User?"
  3. Activate your account.

In your Student Center:

  1. Select "My Academics" under Academics
  2. Click "View my unofficial transcript"
  3. Indicate the Institution and Report Type:

    *Pop-up blocker must be turned off for the transcript to display in a new tab.

If you attended Spokane Falls Community College and your last quarter is prior to Fall 2009:
You may order unofficial transcripts by fax, mail, or in person. Unofficial transcripts are at no charge.

Write the following information on a Transcript Request form:

  1. Full name (including any former names)
  2. Student ID and/or Social Security Number
  3. Indicate unofficial transcript and where you want it sent, mailed or faxed (sorry, email is not an option)
  4. Sign and date the Document (Spokane Falls Community College cannot release a transcript without the student's signature)
  5. Send to Spokane Falls Community College:

    • By Fax: Admissions Office - (509) 533-3237
    • In Person: Transcript/Records Office on the SFCC campus in Building 17 east end, lower level with photo ID
