Steps for admission if you have attended SFCC previously

Former SFCC students may reactivate their admission. No application fee is required. Follow these steps to reactivate your admission:

1. Obtain a reactivation form in one of the following ways:
   • You may Apply Online now.
   • Download, complete and print an online application;
   • You may request an application and brochures be mailed to you.
   • Drop by the Admissions Office in person.
     
     
2. Complete the form, and mail or deliver in person to:

3. Click for instructions to transfer credits to SFCC. If you have not attended SFCC within the past two years, please resubmit all transcripts from other colleges you may want considered. All records other than your SFCC information are purged after a two year absence from the college. Transcripts are required for general advising, prerequisite checking, and for credits used toward graduation. Transcripts must be received no later than two weeks before your registration date in order to be evaluated.
   
   
4. You will receive a letter from the Admission Office regarding admission status. Be sure to follow instructions given in the letter about assessment, advising and your registration appointment.
