SFCC has an
articulation agreement with the University of North Dakota. This challenging
two-year program articulates with several programs and degrees offered through the
University of North
Dakota’s Center for Aerospace Sciences. SFCC students can complete their first
two years of a four-year bachelor’s degree in any of the following majors:
- Air Transport, B.S.
- Commercial Aviation, B.S.
- Flight Education, B.S.
- Air Traffic Control, B.S.
- Aviation Systems Management, B.S.
- Aviation Management, B.B.A.
- Airport Management, B.B.A.
- Meteorology, B.S. and M.S.
Degrees from the programs listed above offer a multitude of career options, from
airline pilot to corporate pilot, air traffic controller, airline executive, meteorologist,
space professional, airport manager and more. There is an increasing demand for
qualified pilots -- a trend that is expected to extend into the future. At the end
of two years, students will have earned the following pilot licenses:
- Private Pilot license
- Commercial Pilot license
- Multi-engine rating
- Instrument rating
